Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of trundes.com and purchases made directly from Trundes. Trundes is an online wellness brand focused on serving customers across the United States. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and at least 18 years old to purchase Nova. If you use the store on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Store information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other store information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, packaging updates, and ordinary manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw an offer before an order is accepted.

Product information

Nova is a general wellness product. Product descriptions and educational content explain its intended features and use but do not promise diagnosis, cure, prevention, or treatment of any disease.

Orders and pricing

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices, currencies, taxes, duties, shipping charges, and discounts are displayed during checkout where applicable. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.

Payment

Payment is processed through the methods made available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing and payment information supplied is complete and accurate.

Shipping

Returns and refunds

Return requests, hygiene conditions, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Those terms form part of these Terms of Use, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product use and safety

Read and follow all instructions, warnings, cleaning directions, charging guidance, and storage information supplied with Nova. Use the product only for its intended purpose and stop use if you experience unexpected discomfort or another adverse reaction.

Questions about symptoms, medical conditions, medication, procedures, or whether Nova is appropriate for your circumstances should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

The Trundes name, website design, text, graphics, product imagery, logos, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Trundes and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use the store or its content:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
• to interfere with the store’s operation, security, or other customers;
• to introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or attempt unauthorized access;

Third-party services

The store uses or may link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, analytics, and platform providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Trundes is not responsible for third-party websites or content that it does not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Product availability, website access, and third-party services may occasionally be interrupted or changed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trundes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store, its content, or third-party services.
