Shipping
Free shipping on every order within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the US.
Orders pack and ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves, you will receive tracking by email.
Discreet packaging
Every order arrives in a plain box. There is no product name, no logo, and nothing on the outside that says what is inside. The sender line on the label shows a neutral company name.
Returns
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the factory seal on the box is intact and the product is unopened. No restocking fee.
Once a seal is broken we cannot accept the return. An opened unit is never resold, refurbished, or restocked by us. That is a hygiene standard, and it is the reason the device you receive has only ever been handled by you.

Sizing before you buy
Because we cannot accept opened returns, please check the dimensions on the product page before ordering. If it will not work for your body, we would rather you knew that first.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it. This is separate from the seal policy above.
